Treetops Resort

Treetops Resorts has been a Rebuild client for three years. From the beginning of our engagement, we used travel planner desires to drive not only the digital solution, but also the experience at the resort. Rebuild worked with the client to go from an anchor activity (e.g. golf, skiing) to a layered experience (e.g. Golftoberfest, Winter FamJam), combining multiple resort activities to create value from check-in to check-out.

Michigan Science Center

We recently engaged Michigan Science Center in designing a new online experience. The recommended digital solution transcended online and extended into the guest experience at the center. The enhanced experience prompted the guest to access online content to accentuate the exhibit experience. Secondly, the experience was “gamified” through exhibit questions. A child would earn Mi Sci badges redeemable for prizes at the Discovery Store.
