About our team:
Josh is the Co-founder and CEO of Rebuild Group. He is an active board member of local non-profits including Midtown Detroit, Inc., Hebrew Free Loan, and Boy Scouts of America. He’s also an active real estate investor in the Milwaukee Junction neighborhood of Detroit. Over the past ten years, Josh has led the growth of Rebuild helping oversee client engagements including the launch of a B2B startup within General Motors, re envisioning how Hungry Howie’s markets to gamers, and helping a Michigan based credit union thrive post pandemic.
Steve lives by the mantra “don’t get to the end of your life never having tried the things that always called to you.” This has guided Steve in a life of exploration, not only in the great outdoors, but with businesses and ideas that allow people and brands to grow. Steve’s experience includes work on Fortune 10s, as well as Michigan brands including Henry Ford HS, Hungry Howie’s, and Pure Michigan.
Mark has always been driven to create work that touches people. As a lifelong student of the consumer, he loves getting at life’s shared human truths. Mark believes in full 360 thinking and fresh tactics, and will always ask the question, “but what’s the idea?” Mark’s creative chops were honed at Y&R, Ross Roy/BBDO and McCann Worldgroup. His impact can be seen in brands like Pure Michigan, and General Motors.
Scott is a creatively-driven leader with a passion for great work, strong business results and meaningful connections. With over a decade of professional marketing experience, Scott brings a strategic approach to account service. In his career he has had the privilege of working alongside notable brands such as; The Home Depot, Buffalo Wild Wings, HoMedics, Goodwill, Hungry Howie’s, and ESPN’s College GameDay.
Will has shaped a new way to plan media based on emotional connection incremental to exposure. Will has a uniquely hands-on approach to strategy and execution, allowing for media plans with humanity and creativity at their core. He has a passion for brands that need nuanced local media planning. His collaboration work includes Bose, CPS Northeastern, Museum of Science, Allegheny College and 99 Restaurants.
As Director of Project Management, Kristen helps facilitate Client requests between Account and Creative services, keeping projects on time and on budget while meeting the needs of the Client. Kristen brings with her 20 years of Advertising experience with local Detroit agencies in various roles over her career including Project Management and Creative Production. Her experience includes working with such clients Chevrolet, Mazda, Michelin, US Mint, OnStar, Helzberg Diamonds, Hotels.com, Minute Maid, PetSmart and La-Z-Boy.
Eric has helped clients develop marketing programs in a rapidly evolving marketplace over the past two-plus decades. His strategic role spans from inspiration to ideation. Eric is driven by two passions: understanding what makes shoppers tick and how to generate breakthrough ideas by unlocking a team’s creativity. Eric has worked in multiple strategic roles with a wide-array of brands including Ford, Pure Michigan, ALDI, and Jeep.
Darshan leads the analytics practice and his passion for understanding how human behavior is influenced by high-impact creative fits perfectly with his mission - to help clients achieve optimal results through a deep understanding of their audiences. Darshan has worked with client partners such as Progressive Insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Volvo, and Xfinity among others.
