Impact Day Detroit

Our client, Goodwill of Greater Detroit, is a non-profit social enterprise with the mission of building pathways to independence through  personal development and the power of work. The organization faces  the challenge of having its powerful mission work often overshadowed by the donated goods retail stores they operate.

To shift the spotlight, we helped them take a brand action that highlighted the powerful work they are doing with the inaugural and annual event known as "Impact Day” Detroit.

Impact Day was both a celebration and a call to action to rally more like-minded partners to help expand Goodwill's ability to serve more communities in Metro Detroit.

Sharing real stories of impact beyond just a day

Beyond the day itself, we needed a vehicle for continuing the dialogue. We launched a content series called "Impact Stories to highlight the numerous heartfelt and life-changing experiences of Goodwill Detroit program participants.
